Connecting ChatGPT or Claude

Adding CMS AI Agent as a connector, and choosing what it may do.

You add CMS AI Agent to your own ChatGPT or Claude account as a connector. Your assistant then asks CMS AI Agent what it is allowed to do, and CMS AI Agent asks you.

This step cannot be completed yet. The connector needs CMS AI Agent to be reachable on the public internet, and this installation is not. When it is, this page will say so.

When it is ready

In ChatGPT or Claude, open the connector settings and add a custom connector.
Give it the CMS AI Agent address shown on your AI setup page.
You are sent to a CMS AI Agent page that lists exactly what is being asked for, and which websites.
Approve it, and your assistant can start. You can cut the connection from your account at any time.

What you are agreeing to

The approval page names each of these separately. You choose which websites it covers, and it is never all of them by default.

Read the pages and posts on them.
Write drafts and change SEO fields. Never publish.
